Can't believe there's only about 2 weeks of class left. Thanks to the snow and Thanksgiving for taking out a week. Gotta finish this Literary Analysis essay for tomorrow.

Didn't do anything for Halloween this year. Today, I stayed home and caught up on a lot of work I didn't do for school. I have been struggling in math this year and my grade in the class isn't so good. Hopefully, doing some of my missing assignments will raise my grade.

The NBA started today. Watching my Lakers right now. Crazy how the Miami Heat lost their first game after forming the Big 3, I guess they need time to get used to each other. Having the NBA back is going to give me another way to procrastinate.

Today was the first day of this NBA 2K11 tournament I signed up for. I'm proud to say that I won my first game and the next round will be on Wednesday. The tournament is being held at a shop on Capitol Hill called Rock Paper Scissors.

Went to the Wiz Khalifa concert on Friday. It wasn't as good as the one in May in my opinion, but I still enjoyed it. It was pretty crowded. I guess it's because a lot more people know him now. I saw this guy pass out in front of me, one of the scarier things I've seen in my life.

Just got tickets for the J. Cole concert next month. He's one of my favorite new rappers out. I missed out on seeing him live when he came to Bumbershoot in the summer. Also, I 'm seeing Wiz Khalifa tomorrow night which should be nice. I was at his show when he came in May. I love music.

Today.

After my English class, I was able to go home and nap. I didn't have to be at school until 12:30 because I didn't have to take the PSAT's. However, I do need to get ready for the SAT's which I am taking in a month.

Tuesdays

Tuesdays are hella weird for me because I have my English 101 class in the morning, but I don't have to be at 3rd period for my high school until 12pm. That's because every Tuesdays my school has late starts. Before I had running start, I was able to sleep in. Now, after my English class I have to kill 2 hours.

Finally done with my narrative. It's the only homework I'm doing for the night because there's no school tomorrow. Now it's time for Jeresy Shore. It's like the only show i watch on TV besides Sportscenter and football. I'm waiting for the NBA to start up again in about 2 weeks.

First ever blog post

This week has been Spirit Week at my school and it's made me realize how much I'll miss high school when I leave to go to college next year. These last four years have honestly gone by really fast. I've been excited to get out of high school and just graduate, but when the day of graduation finally does come, I don't know how I'm gonna feel.
